She consistently demonstrates outstanding customer service qualities and is a true asset to the BMW of Fairfax Service Team. In my opinion, Ms. Johnson is deserving of recognition far beyond that accorded superior service representatives. More

Our sales rep, Abed helped us through the entire process, answering our questions at every step of the way with skill earned from his years of experience with BMWs. Going forward, Abed is my go-to guy for whatever BMW we might be looking for in the future. We traded in our existing vehicle and Abed worked with the Trade-in Department to get us a very reasonable price on the old vehicle. The Finance office function was equally smooth and without drama. The entire process from start to finish has made us completely satisfied customers. If you find the car buying process as filled with anxiety, then look up Abed. He's the best. More
BMW of Fairfax = worst dealership ever Worst dealership. They love you when you're dropping $$$, but when it comes to Takata's airbag recall, they dropped the ball not once, not twice, but Worst dealership. They love you when you're dropping $$$, but when it comes to Takata's airbag recall, they dropped the ball not once, not twice, but three times. After calling on multiple occasions to get my driver airbag replaced because of a safety recall, they told me on 3 separate occasions that the part had been ordered and they would call me when it arrived for replacement. After 3 months, and calling each month to check, without it arriving but them assuring me that it was just taking a long time, I call today and they now tell me there is no record of them having ordered the part for my car. But they offer to order the part today. Yeah, that's a lot of help while I've been driving a car with a potentially faulty airbag. I'm taking my business elsewhere and will tell anyone I can that BMW of Fairfax is the worst BMW dealership. Customer satisfaction = 0. Thanks BMW of Fairfax for nothing. More

When someone finally approaches you they act as though it is an imposition to serve a customer. We arrive eager and excited and leave disappointed. It's hard to want to buy at a dealership with a gray cloud over it. They need more training at BMW of Fairfax. More

She is the best to work with and explains mechanical matters well. I also appreciate the fact an inspection identified and saved me a issue that would have caused major mechanical issues.
