BMW of Fairfax = worst dealership ever Worst dealership. They love you when you're dropping $$$, but when it comes to Takata's airbag recall, they dropped the ball not once, not twice, but Worst dealership. They love you when you're dropping $$$, but when it comes to Takata's airbag recall, they dropped the ball not once, not twice, but three times. After calling on multiple occasions to get my driver airbag replaced because of a safety recall, they told me on 3 separate occasions that the part had been ordered and they would call me when it arrived for replacement. After 3 months, and calling each month to check, without it arriving but them assuring me that it was just taking a long time, I call today and they now tell me there is no record of them having ordered the part for my car. But they offer to order the part today. Yeah, that's a lot of help while I've been driving a car with a potentially faulty airbag. I'm taking my business elsewhere and will tell anyone I can that BMW of Fairfax is the worst BMW dealership. Customer satisfaction = 0. Thanks BMW of Fairfax for nothing. More

It's hard to want to buy at a dealership with a gray cloud over it. They need more training at BMW of Fairfax. More

Horrible I have used this location for several years and not impressed with this location at all. You leave messages and they dont call back. She is the best to work with and explains mechanical matters well. I also appreciate the fact an inspection identified and saved me a issue that would have caused major mechanical issues. poor costumer service I had hoped to buy my next car from Fairfax BMW. After getting a reasonable response from Kelsey (e-sales agent) on line we decided to schedule a time I had hoped to buy my next car from Fairfax BMW. After getting a reasonable response from Kelsey (e-sales agent) on line we decided to schedule a time for the so called “VIP appointment”. I was given the name of two contacts that would await our arrival and help us with our purchase. Upon arrival, they couldn’t find either person and after a while they found someone who reluctantly walked up to us and showed us a car that was not ready for viewing. And after a few minutes we walked away and looked for someone to talk to but didn’t find anyone so we left. Really???? This is your VIP treatment? Oh and BTW this was not my only negative encounter at this dealership. Two weeks prior I had stopped by to ask about the BMW i3’s range difference and a lazy sales person wouldn’t get out of his seat or put down the newspaper he was reading long enough to answer me. And finally he suggested that I go on line and read about it. I ended up buying a BMW next week from another dealer that didn’t claim “VIP” but treated us in the VIP manner. I would NEVER recommend Fairfax BMW to anyone. More

My service advisor has been Konrad Malinoski for the past 3 years who has handled every single of my service/repair trips. Not only he has worked with his service team to repair/service my car correctly the first time, but also he has been very diligent in providing a reasonable pricing/discount. In addition, every repair/service has been delivered on time as p promised. The work is quality and never had one single issue after the repair/service. Good Job, Konrad!!! The service department overall has also provided great accomodation in term of car loaner, car wash after service and advise. They also provided all animeties such as snacks, WiFi and refreshment such as water, soft drinks and muffin. They also deserve a top 5 star rating as well! More

He reserved time to listen first and then explained newest models, offering some options to consider, spent time to test drive and demo various capabilities, and finally helped guide best decisions tailored to me, not the highest cost. His knowledge of every model current and past was amazing to help us understand feature changes and upgrades - there wasn’t one question he couldn’t answer even related to our 2008 328i. James kept us updated on delivery timing and did a thorough walk though of the X1 upon delivery. He also called to follow up to see if I had questions and has his number pre-programmed in the nav to contact him any time. James has BMW top sales recognition but with the service he provides, you’d think you’re his only customer. We come back to buy from James because he is exceptional! More
