The used car salesmen from BMW of Fairfax and xxxx rude. (And I am not exaggerating it). Go check it out for yourself, I have been there to test and drive cars at 4 different instances when buying BMW's (And I am not exaggerating it). These guys think they are paying us money to buy their cars!!! - Although we personally loved 2 cars in 2 different instances. We didnot buy it from them just because of the attitude and professionalism the folks at BMW of Fairfax show when talking to prospective buyers. In both these instances we both it from BMW of Sterling. I am writing this so that other people will read what kind of business these people do. We are the one paying their salaries by our purchases, those dimwits dont understand! More

I had been shopping for 3+ months looking for a new 3 series convertable and found BMW of Fairfax on one of the many auto sales websites. I called the dealer and spoke with Ayesha who e-mailed me additi series convertable and found BMW of Fairfax on one of the many auto sales websites. I called the dealer and spoke with Ayesha who e-mailed me additional information on the vehicle promptly and passed my information onto Rey. Rey & I spoke several times including a return call on his day off when he was on a boat in the middle of the Potomac River. We made an appointment, met and test drove the vehicle. We liked it but did not love it until my wife asked if they had one with the wood trim on the inside vs the silver. Rey located one almost identical with the wood trim, we fell in love and went into negotiation mode. We settled on a price that in my many months of comparison shopping was exceptional. While we were waiting for the car to clear detailing Rey reviewed the operation of the vehicles controls, features and I Drive system with us hands on in another vehicle on the lot. We have received a follow up call after our purchase to see if we had any additional questions. I would highly reccomend Rey and his dealership. Heck we drove over 3 hours and passed many other BMW shops to get there. More

If I could give this car dealer a zero star I would. I order a 2013 X6 from this dealer on February 2012 and they said car will be ready on May. Since May I'm calling their sales representative name ASAD order a 2013 X6 from this dealer on February 2012 and they said car will be ready on May. Since May I'm calling their sales representative name ASAD KHAN who sold me the car, and he told me my car will be there next production each time I called him. Finally I called him on July and he said there are people willing to pay more than me and I have to wait. Right now, I have go through same process again with different dealer and wait again. This is ridicules. I would highly NOT recommend this dealer and sales representative. More

James working in Fairfax dealer was a very kind, knowlegeable, and very good about explaining all the great features of the models, especially 5 series we were interested in. James was extremely helpful from the beginning of the sale. After my local dealer in Albany, NY could not locate this particular vehicle, I searched for one with all of the options I wanted and came acro sale. After speaking to a friend of mine who lived close to the dealership, and has dealt with them before, he referred me to James without hesitation. I called up James, and we agreed on everything over the phone, and was on a flight into DC the next morning. James was extremely nice and said he'd pick me up from the airport, and because I haven't eaten at that point, we grabbed lunch as well, discussing cars (BMWs of course) and other common interests. When we were filling out paperwork, he asked if I was a BMWCCA member, and I was, and then he mentioned that if I've been a member for X number of months, they are offering a cash-back incentive (BMWCCA, not BMW of NA), and I could expect a $1,000 check in the mail shortly after the sale. I was ecstatic. My local dealer made no mention of this. Overall, I would not buy another BMW from anyone except James Duerbeck. He is a true professional and takes his job and his clients seriously and does everything he can to ensure a pleasant experience. More
