He is very professional, knowledgeable, competent and a pl I have dealt with Erhard BMW Farmington Hills's service advisor Chad Rossetter for years. He is very professional, knowledgeable, competent and a pleasure to work with. I have never had a problem with him and I am a fussy and demanding -- but fair -- client. . He is the primary reason I return to BMW Farmington Hills even though it is over and an hour drive from my house -- an appreciable time investment to bring in my car -- but worth every mile.
