Replaced gasket valve. Misplaced intake mounting screw. When reaching out they said there was no screw, which is not true. Sent couple follow up email but no reply and hard to reach. They lied about fluid When reaching out they said there was no screw, which is not true. Sent couple follow up email but no reply and hard to reach. They lied about fluid top up. Very responsive, friendly and prompt repairs made. Easy to deal with. I have used this dealership for years. I would recommend Erhard BMW of Farmington Hills. to deal with. I have used this dealership for years. I would recommend Erhard BMW of Farmington Hills. More
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I took our Z4 in with a radio problem. When Joy, the service rep, said she would call me back, it basically meant she had no intention dealership. I took our Z4 in with a radio problem. When Joy, the service rep, said she would call me back, it basically meant she had no intention of calling. After they had the car for almost week, and Joy would not call back, I had to take time off work to drive to the dealership, only to find that she was gone for the day. Apparently, leaving in mid afternoon was more important than calling me. Another helpful service person looked into things and said the new radio I needed would be in the next day. He told me that the tech would put the new radio in as soon as it arrived and I would be called so I could get it that evening. After no call the next two days, I called to talk to the service manager. He told me that the new radio had the same problem as the existing one, but that another radio was ordered and would arrive Monday. I told him I was coming to pick up my car Monday, with or without the radio repaired and that Joy had to let me know what the status was on Monday. She did call and left a voice message at 1:30 PM saying that the tech was putting in the new radio and she would call as soon as it was ready for pick-up. I returned her call, and as usual, only got her voicemail. I left a message that I wanted to get the car that evening, fixed or not, and I wanted her to return my call right away. As it got later and later on Monday, I called back and finally reached the service manager. He basically led me to believe that the service tech had no idea what he was doing. The initial problem was the radio going out while driving. After the service tech put in two new radios, over an 11 day period, he concluded that it wasn't the radio after, but the car computer was not communicating with the radio. Maybe he should have tried to make the car computer communicate with the radio instead of replacing radios. The end result is almost 12 days without a car, no loaner offered, and the repair never completed. I will never return to Erhard BMW for repairs. More

I had our BMW X1 in for a check engine / emissions light lighting up. Turned out to be a bad fuel tank vent valve. Part was replaced and I got the car back cleaned the same afternoon. Shannon Polsgrove was personable, supportive and not over the top. She was sensitive to my financial situation and did not try to fast talk me out of my comfort zone. I will definitely return for my next the top. She was sensitive to my financial situation and did not try to fast talk me out of my comfort zone. I will definitely return for my next BMW. More
When you leave a dealership you never expect to have to put $6,200 into your vehicle the first hundred days of ownership. Well I did. I bought a 2017 BMW 750i xDrive with less than 50,000 miles from this d put $6,200 into your vehicle the first hundred days of ownership. Well I did. I bought a 2017 BMW 750i xDrive with less than 50,000 miles from this dealership. The next thing I know, a drivetrain malfunction notification started popping up. Being a first time BMW owner, I promptly call and set a service appointment for the next day. The next morning I surrender my vehicle to the service staff and I wait patiently. About an hour and a half later, I’m told my software was out of date and was being updated before the diagnostic could be ran. Then ANOTHER hour and a half later, after hearing nothing, I go and ask about my vehicle only to be told my turbocharger’s drive bank 2 isn’t clearing the checks. To replace the turbocharger is going to cost me $6,200 before taxes and fees!!! What?!?! So, for a car that I’ve had for approximately 3 months I will have to pay $6,200. Now I was reassured when I purchased the vehicle the car was inspected top to bottom and everything checked out, yet the car’s software was out of date and there was an expensive issue lying on the other side of my purchase. This has me wondering if the issue wasn’t exacerbated by the out of date software. In either case, I feel like the dealer wasn’t wholly honest about the inspection and in turn about the state of the vehicle. SO, BUYERS BEWARE! Make sure if you buy a used vehicle from this dealer you have an independent entity inspect the vehicle and not go off of the word of some guy trying to make a sale at your expense. This is ridiculous. More
