How often we forget to say something good to those who have done a good deed for us and to thank for it and therefore I do not want to miss the chance to say a few thanks to Chris Rankin, Erhard BMW Servi have done a good deed for us and to thank for it and therefore I do not want to miss the chance to say a few thanks to Chris Rankin, Erhard BMW Service Manager. We get used to a good attitude and consider it the norm in our life, but this is not enough. We must thank people for it. Car service is not an easy business and requires constant attention to customers. Clients, in turn, often complain, and although there is a formula that "the client is always right", this is not always the case. As people - there are good, and there are those with whom it is difficult to deal. Today I want to emphasize not only the attention with which Chris Rankin listened to me, but also the friendliness and immediate assistance provided, and he did it himself - he replaced the battery without the help of technical staff. I was going to the Erhard BMW of Bloomfield Hills and found that I had to keep returning for the same issue a few times on more than one occasion. I reached my limit when the same thing happened not too found that I had to keep returning for the same issue a few times on more than one occasion. I reached my limit when the same thing happened not too long ago. Fed up with being told the problem had been resolved when it hadn't, I told them I would just take my car to where I bought it. One test drive later the service manager determined there was a problem and I was given an appointment for service. Looking forward to finally getting this issue resolved. More
