Honestly , this dealer is robbing. They give me estimation of $4000+ for rotor, pads, sensor, 4 tires, spark plug and cabin filter. I have order 4 tires with installation by amazon $543.79. Rotor, estimation of $4000+ for rotor, pads, sensor, 4 tires, spark plug and cabin filter. I have order 4 tires with installation by amazon $543.79. Rotor, pads & sensor including 3 years protection plan $201.43.Spark plug $19.96. Cabin filter $23.69. Labor cost from BMW authorized service center is $186.00. Total amount I am paying including labor is $788.08+ $186.00 = $974.08. This dealer is estimating $4000 +. If anyone needs evidence then feel free to contact me. More

First time BMW owner, took my vehicle in for the first oil change. Someone was there to greet me, they had me checked in within 5 minutes of my arrival. The work was done and my vehicle was ready for pi oil change. Someone was there to greet me, they had me checked in within 5 minutes of my arrival.
