I first arrived and the gentleman did not know why I was there (I made an appt). After speaking to him very briefly (as he wore his mask around his chin, apparently the chin is how COVID is transmitted), he there (I made an appt). However, I was able to help another customer who was looking for an employee but could not find one. When I went to pay my bill another gentleman helped me. I asked if I could see the invoice, he hesitated and handed to me (he was in a rush). I stated that the bill was higher then what I was originally quoted. He looked at the invoice asked me what I was quoted. I told him. He literally scoffed and tossed the invoice back down. When done he said you're all set. I go well is there an form that shows what was done? Can I take the one in front of you. He let me take the receipt. I called the original person I dealt with, he did not call me back. However, he did send an email saying there were concerns about my car. Maybe he could have told me before I left? Now my car says it was due for service last month. I give two stars because the care wash was performed excellently.
