In June 2020, I deferred replacing the rear breaks on my 2002 BMW 530. By October 2020, it was time to replace them. The same price quoted in June was homered in October. Great experience, as always. Had the car in for regular oil and brake service. It took Ken less than 10 minutes to write the service order, get a loaner car and me out the door again. Service was finished oil and brake service. It took Ken less than 10 minutes to write the service order, get a loaner car and me out the door again. Service was finished 5 hours later, my car was waiting clean and sanitized when I arrived to pick it up. Highly recommend Erhard for any BMW service needs. More
