I had some recall work completed and minor clearing of several codes from the car's computer system. My service advisor was Jason Betts. From the initial contact, he was friendly and focused on taking car several codes from the car's computer system. My service advisor was Jason Betts. From the initial contact, he was friendly and focused on taking care of the car repairs and me in a timely manner. When he realized the repair was going to necessitate more time, he promptly made transportation arrangements for me. In the end, the service work was completed and you now have an advocate for Erhard BMW with me. More
