We purchased the X5 on 4/11 on line with cash after a lot of Issues to be sure there was no fraud or spoofing. Vehicle was shipped by carrier on 4/14. No title was sent. It is now 4/23 and still no title sent. I had 10 days in my state of Az to pay state taxes and now past the deadline. Now the dealership thinks I should pay MI taxes, but the information is crystal clear I pay vehicle taxes in my state. Just more issues that demonstrate inability to be an exceptional dealership.
