The service deparment was extremely busy, but I was able to get a new, clean, loner car. My BMW was looked over by a mechanic the same day I dropped off the vehicle. I received a follow up phone call and email from the service advisor in the afternoon after a diagnostic report with prices had been prepared and sent. There were a few minor issues and recommendations brought to my attention. I truly appreciate the suggestions and will eventually use Erhard BMW of Farmington Hills to repair and/or replace the car parts mentioned, especially since the service department did not pressure me to perform these repairs immediately. Nothing frustrates me more than high pressure sales and tactics to charge customers for unnecessary products and services. So.....thank you, Chad for.a lovely experience with your dealership! More
