I have had unfailing bad experiences with Ann Arbor BMW where I bought the car. I live in AA so to drive to Farmington for service is a inconvenience. Great service! Seamless sales, only issue was the time it took BMW to get the car to the dealership from the port a month is way too long! When the service takes more time than expected, there is always options to have a loaner vehicle, or get shuttle to and from dealership which is part of the reason I always go back to Erhard. More
