My car is under warranty but the couldn’t fix my door that makes loud noise when I close it . I was told this is the noise I will hear from now on when You close your door. Very disappointed with their that makes loud noise when I close it . I was told this is the noise I will hear from now on when You close your door. Very disappointed with their service . My car was ready for pick on Friday 11/26 but no one from the dealership contact me to let me know it is ready . I ended up calling on Monday 11/29 . I left messages for the associate and the service department manager around 9:15 am finally I received a call closer to 1 pm from the service associate . The manager never called me back . Again very disappointed with the way they handled my service issues . More
