Great customer service in the service department I had to schedule a weekend appointment to pick up a part and my regular service person wasn't there that day, which they told me in advance. My regular service person informed the staff so that they would know what to do when I arrived. They were able to help me and were so kind to me and my toddler son. The staff made sure to say hi to him and engaged him in conversation. More

Think we're expensive? YES I have a BMW 323ci, I purchased in Ann Arbor, Michigan in year "2000" - brand new with 7 miles on the odometer. I drove it during the summer for 2 ye I have a BMW 323ci, I purchased in Ann Arbor, Michigan in year "2000" - brand new with 7 miles on the odometer. I drove it during the summer for 2 years and stored in winter in my garage. After that I stopped driving the car with only 3,800 miles on it The Neon headlight has stopped working (This is not Erhard's fault). For years now the BMW 323ci has been stored in my garage and I start it twice a year. Last year the vehicle did not start. I took it to Erhard BMW for repair and I was charged $2600.00 for new Injectors. On their website they ask the question do you think we're expensive - I reply xxxx YES!!! Too many problems on such expensive vehicle - I got very little utility out of it. As far as a recommendation, there are few BMW dealerships in the area - isn't much of a choice anyway. More
