I just took delivery of my new 2019 X5 and I was very impressed with the entire experience. I rarely post any reviews for anyone but these guys really deserve it. The dealership has a beautiful “state of the art” facility and the staff is very professional. If you want to feel like you are speaking with a friend rather than a salesperson, I strongly recommend that you ask for Edwin Centeno, no pressure whatsoever. Also, kudos to the sales manager, Steve Ghoulami, who was willing to work with an educated consumer. He allowed the negotiation to be brief and painless. I will definitely be going back for my next new car purchase. More
