Unfortunately, his approach came across as disrespectful, as if he assumed we were uninformed or lacked understanding of the process. This made our experience during the financing stage uncomfortable and disappointing. We value the BMW brand and overall purchasing experience, but we hope this feedback helps improve the customer service in the finance department. More
