Expected more. Got much less. I recently purchased a used vehicle at BMW of Fort Myers. I was told the vehicle was gone through and serviced. The day after deliv Got much less. I recently purchased a used vehicle at BMW of Fort Myers. I was told the vehicle was gone through and serviced. The day after delivery I woke up to a pool of oil in my driveway. I had to replace the rear pinion seal. It started to rain the next day and ended up with a puddle in my front seat from a leaking sunroof. Two items that would have been noticed if the vehicle was even looked at by service. It's been a month since I purchased the vehicle and never received a thank you or simple follow up call. Be careful, once you buy, you are invisible. I'm very disapointed. More

John findley is friendly and was helpful with getting my vehicle. When I asked him to present a number to the manager, he would not do that and gave me an excuse the vehicle was at it’s bottom price, but of vehicle. What I find appalling, is that the next day, after I trusted John, and purchased the vehicle, it was listed online for the price I wanted him to ask his manager about. I contacted him and after going back and forth, he said he would talk to his manager, and he never got back with me again. How rude and unprofessional !! I will never return to BMW dealership in the future, which is too bad because we could have worked something out. More
