Disappointing, Costly, and Avoidable A routine oil change turned into a nightmare. Because of negligence during service and a failure to communicate an issue that should have been identified, my BMW M change turned into a nightmare. Because of negligence during service and a failure to communicate an issue that should have been identified, my BMW M4 overheated and suffered additional damage that resulted in multiple tows and unnecessary expenses. When I attempted to resolve this professionally, management refused accountability. The Service Manager, Claude, was dismissive, spoke over me repeatedly, and admitted fault verbally but refused to fix the damage. I have audio evidence of this interaction. This experience destroyed my trust in this dealership. BMW customers deserve far better than this. More

I have lots of BMWS. Ft Myers BMW is the worst dealership! I went there one trying to buy BMW M440, met with the GM told find the car and I will buy it! Never heard back Ft Myers BMW is the worst dealership! I went there one trying to buy BMW M440, met with the GM told find the car and I will buy it! Never heard back from the salesman! 3 days goes by and after I trying to get in touch many times I went to East Coast Bought the M440. I try to reach out to the GM let him know that his salesman never responded and never heard back from him! I ended up buy M440 and brand new 7 series from another BMW dealership on east coast! I said will never go back to Ft Myers BMW again, my 7 series had issues and had no choice but to go to Fy Myers for service, I give the my 7 series just fully detailed when I drop it off, the next day I go to pick up my car it was really dirty! I ask the service advisor Shawn to have clean up, he had the service guy run it though car wash and was return wet and still dirty! I am retired car dealer and this dealership NEEDs new management! I WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH BMW CORPORATE! More

Zyra was very helpful with our bmw that had a lot of maintenance that had to be done and was done very well. Then they detected a wheel sensor that wasn’t really defective before, and she had it fixed maintenance that had to be done and was done very well. Brought our BMW M8 in for its first oil change. Service person tells my wife its over $900. I call Germain BMW to compare; the oil change is $150. Turns out they were trying do perform a bunch of unecessary things not required by warranty. Persons comment was "were not Germain BMW". Anyway will never use this dealer again, even with our next purchase. They do not operate like a luxury brand dealer. I have dealt with luxury brands for many years and this is the worst I have seen. I would avoid them at all costs. Very disapointed. More

THE WORST! I have dealt with BMW dealers for the last 20 years. Never once had a complaint and nothing close to an experience like this. This dealership is th I have dealt with BMW dealers for the last 20 years. Never once had a complaint and nothing close to an experience like this. This dealership is the worst. I brought my car (750i) in for routine service. I was met by a young kid who told me that a "specialist' would be with me in a few minutes and to wait inside. After 45 minutes not a word from anyone. Inside two people were complaining about the service. After waiting 45 minutes I went outside and asked the young kid what was going on. He was very flippant (looking at his phone when I went over) and said "That's your guy over there". The "guy" was chatting with a young lady outside like he didn't have a care in the world. When I expressed my displeasure he said "Your keys are in the car". I left. It gets better. Try calling a number to speak to someone. I called from the road and asked for the Service Manager. After being placed in 4 different voice mails and finally being told the Service Manager was "out" - another young person - a women treated me like I was bothering her- and when I said I would never return she said "Good" and hung up. On the way back, I called BMW in Naples and got an appointment the next day. When I buy my next car in May it will be there. More
