Phenomenal Car-Buying Experience I recently purchase a certified used 2016 535i xdrive BMW Gran Turismo from West German BMW and I had a phenomenal car-buying experience. I traveled I recently purchase a certified used 2016 535i xdrive BMW Gran Turismo from West German BMW and I had a phenomenal car-buying experience. I traveled from the local Washington, DC metropolitan area (more than two hours away) to buy my car and it was well worth it. The car was in immaculate condition and it looked even better in person. I was very impressed in terms of how well the car was kept, considering that it was a 2016 model. My car-buying experience was very simple and hassle-free/pressure-free. Mike Prince was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. He responded promptly to emails/voicemails prior to my visit to West German BMW. Additionally, Steve (the BMW Genius) was also extremely knowledgeable and patient. Both Mike and Steve took time to show me distinctive features about the car, without rushing. I would definitely purchase another car from West German BMW!!! More

New Customer To BMW My husband had two BMW's in the past. I was coming off of a Mercedes lease, and wanted to look at an SUV, The X3 appealed to me. He was very knowledgeable, and not high pressured. I was very upfront with Michael about my quest to find the right vehicle for me. After that, I visited the dealership once again, and had one of BMW Genius' go over the vehicle vs a Mercedes GLC300. The X3 became my choice, and the non stressful deal was made. All of my questions were answered. Michael (Mike) made the experience painless. I would definitely recommend the dealership using Mike Prince. More
Happiness is a BMW Lease! I researched cars before arriving at West German BMW and knew I was impressed with the x5. Upon arrival, I saw the x3 and wanted to evaluate that as well. I was introduced to Mike Prince who provided me with the best car shopping experience I've ever had! He was patient and explained everything to me thoroughly. We drove both the x3 and x5, settling on the x5 as a better fit and feel for me. I was having difficulty finding the exact car that had the options I most valued in the color I preferred despite searching other dealerships. When he offered to build the car to my specifications for a lease, I was thrilled. As a result, I have a car that fits my needs exactly and I love it! Within 10 days of delivery, I was taking it on a road trip. It performed beautifully and has been a total joy. I love driving it! I can say that it is the best car I’ve ever had and I wouldn’t hesitate to lease or purchase again. My experience with WG BMW was excellent and I would highly recommend them, especially Mike. He was professional, kind and endlessly accommodating and patient with me as I worked through my wants and needs, arriving on the perfect car. There was no sales pressure that you routinely encounter when looking for a vehicle. Don’t hesitate to go to WG BMW and ask for Mike. He’s an excellent sales professional and a lovely man! More

Unresponsive team from top to bottom! Looks elsewhere Made my inquiry on an X3 via their website which itself is a spambox with pops popping everywhere. Then, their internet sales coordinator (not sales Made my inquiry on an X3 via their website which itself is a spambox with pops popping everywhere. Then, their internet sales coordinator (not sales agent) contacted me. Her name is Natalie Lee Lange. She fires a few questions and I respond and I asked her a few questions on the lease such as residual, money factor, etc. Her response to me (copy/pasting here): Part of First email: "I am your complete buying resource - from information and test drive, to pricing and delivery. " After I ask her lease questions, Part of Second email: "Why do you want all that information? " Part of Third email: "I see, doing research is good. I don't work with numbers so I will set you up with a client advisor who can work up something for you. In the meantime, did you receive another offer already? You're in New Jersey so I'm sure you have contacted local dealers as well, correct? The reason I'm asking is so that I could bring that offer straight to our sales manager so we can do our best to beat it! Nothing like some healthy competition ;)" I am paraphrasing - meaning, give us what you have from other dealer and we will see what we can do. No professional ethics. Also, see her first email claiming she will handle pricing and delivery among 100 other things. And second email says she will connect me with client advisor. Part of fourth email from Natalie: "I went over the first email you sent, and I couldn't find the money down due at signing part - or am I blind?? Please provide that number. Lastly, lets cut to the chase. What number will it take to earn your business?" I am paraphrasing even though there is no need for it: Let me be rude with you and let me behave like someone that does not work at a Luxury car dealership and let us talk numbers but remember she first claimed she handles everything, then she said some client advisor will do, and now she is back and asking numbers and cutting to chase. I final email to her asked if she is interested in connecting me with someone that offers real exchange of conversation and numbers and I did not receive any responses. Then, two follow ups to their Sales Manager Jim Foster and no responses. Then, two more follow ups to their General Manager Robert Cesarini and guess what no responses. This is what I experienced with this dealership. I did caution them about my reviews online and guess what no responses to that either. I do not expect a sincere response from dealership. Just like 1000 other dealers, they might have a boilerplate cut and paste response that we can expect. I think their ideal customer is someone that walks in dealership, listens to their lecture on pricing, accept whatever is given to customers, and shuts mouth and simply buys a car. Anyone that dares to ask for more information is unwelcome! More
