A Great Experience I had previously purchased my 135i from WG BMW and just took it in for an inspection and service. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from m I had previously purchased my 135i from WG BMW and just took it in for an inspection and service. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from my service advisor JimmyGarito telling me that I had two tires which needed replacement (one with a bubble in the sidewall and the other several staples/screws with a slow leak). He informed me that he checked the vin number and that my car was still covered by the supplemental wheel/tire insurance and that these would be covered. He also applied a discounted state inspection rate because I am a senior and a $50 credit to some programming changes to correct an issue with the idle. Jimmy really impressed me as an advocate for ME!. Not what you usually expect from a dealership!! The work done by the dealership maintenance area is always top notch and never has required a follow up visit. They know their cars and are even looking out for their clients! What a nice surprise!! Though initially i felt the offering price of the car is little expensive than compared to other showrooms but completely blown away after looking at it live. Especially I should thank Edward Solloum. The way he explained me about the car and its features in detail made me love this car even more. I can see the passion in him for this brand which is more essential for a sales person to answer every little question of a customer. He made me felt worth every penny which I spent on buying BMW. Highly recommended. Great Job !! More
Great Experience with Franco D'Ambruoso In the past, purchasing a new vehicle was not something I looked forward to. I always drove large SUV’s and was not looking to downsize, I looked at other brands including Range Rover and nothing really impressed me. This is my first BMW (X5) and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall buying experience. My husband and I visited West German just to look and had anticipated visiting several dealerships before making a decision to buy a BMW. After talking to Franco (our salesperson) and taking a new X5 for a test drive, we never went anywhere else. Franco was awesome to work with, he was patient, not pushy at all and I would highly recommend him when looking for a new BMW. He was knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. He answered all our questions and did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable ordering the new car. This is not what I expected from a salesperson. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle. More

West German BMW Strikes Out Again Took my can in for inspection and this is where they failed again. The car was taken for a wash although they know I do not want the car washed, wh Took my can in for inspection and this is where they failed again. The car was taken for a wash although they know I do not want the car washed, why am I complaining. Every time they wash my car something happens where I am put out; this is what happened when they took the car to be washed and cleaned: 1 . Car Registration card is missing 2. Insurance card is missing 3. Had a bank statement for the American Legion Post where I am the finance office missing - now I have to get the board together to let them know our Post's EIN number and bank account number are out there 4. Had a copy of a BFI (Buyers Financial Information) in an envelope in the front seat and that is missing - Now I have to close my bank accounts and open new ones But they did not throw away a pack of opened cigarettes that might of been under the front seat for maybe a few weeks, they place the pack nicely on the passenger seat. As I would smoke an opened pack of cigarettes that has been seating in a hot car for a week weeks. These people are so fascinated with washing the customers cars that it is beyond OCD and mental illness. There should be a new class of disorder just for them WGCWD (West German Car Wash Disorder). The service is terrible, they have caused issues and they think that peoples information being out there is no big deal in an era of identity theft, they are stuck in the 80's. This was the same issue as my prior review, where they gave another customer my information (name, address, and license number) and they gave me the other customers info by mistake. If they put as much emphasize on protecting peoples information as they do washing the cars then there would be no issue. I have a lease so I am stuck for the next 10 months but after leasing since 2003 with them, I will be moving on to another dealer and make of car. BMW USA should really look at this place and how they provide service (I use service loosely when associating the word with West German Sales). More

Francesco was always available to answer any questions I had and even picked me up at the train station on the day of delivery as I traveled from out of state. I must also mention Nevin Horst and Kelly who were great ambassadors for the dealership. More

Wow it's hard to believe that I have dealt with this same dealership for 2 years short of a quarter of a Century. But apparently they must be doing something right to have earned my trust for all of these years. So now we are at present day, and I decided to lease this time. What caught my eye was a gorgeous dark brown metallic 228i convertible, armed to the teeth with "electronics," on the floor of the service writers area. I went over to the new car showroom to inquire about this car and first met Craig Bunting. I found Craig's enthusiasm, knowledge of the vehicles, and professionalism quite endearing. If I had to sum up this recent experience in one word I believe that word would be "awesome". More
