My sales agent, Lloyd Lambert, was superb from start to finish. Extremely helpful, professional, low key, unintrusive. I believe that I was able to negotiate a very fair price without alot of games. I had a fantastic experience leasing my new BMW 328i convertible from West German BMW. I was just casually shopping for cars when I decided to stop into WG to check out the 3 Series. I was greeted by Ni convertible from West German BMW. I was just casually shopping for cars when I decided to stop into WG to check out the 3 Series. I was greeted by Nick, the Sales Manager, who introduced me to my sales associate Kate Crandley. At first I thought I would try out a 1 Series, so she pulled one around so that we could test drive it. I could tell right away that the car was too small for me, so I asked if should would mind putting it back and bringing a 3 Series around for us to try. I knew that I was being really annoying by asking, but Kate didn't seem to mind and was very nice about putting the 1 back and bringing out a 3. We took it on a fantastic test drive course, which included highway (309), open suburban roads, and more densely populated roads. As a result, I got the chance to try out the car in different conditions. Well, I fell in love with the 3 Series convertible, but assumed that the price would be higher than I wanted to spend with minimal discounting. Well, I was wrong. As Kate worked out the best deal they could give me, I put the identical model of the car into several websites that help to plot the best deals on cars. So I knew the number I would like to be at. Kate, right off the bat, offered me the best possible deal on the car. There was no haggling at all. I was shocked that it was so easy and was left with no choice but to let her give me the car of my dreams! I came back the next day to finish the deal and sign the paperwork, and they had the car fully detailed and waiting for me on the ramp. The paperwork was very easy and made even easier by the very friendly finance manager. Afterwards, I got the tour of my new car from Kate and from a new Sales Associate they were training, who was also super nice. All in all, the entire staff I've encountered thus far has been great. Kate has since called me to check in on the car, which I thought was a nice touch and even sent me a nice note on my birthday. West German really knows how customer service should work, and they continue to impress me. So to make a long story longer, I freaking love my car. I can't take it out anywhere without getting compliments on it, and I couldn't be happier with West German BMW. More

Ed Fallon is always very professional and knowledgable whenever we have meetings with him, making us feel very comfortable being there and with him. He is also available to us by phone or email, answering our questions honestly and completely. He is thorough in his explanation of the different functions of any of our new cars at pickup time.. In fact, we always comment on how organized he is with all the paperwork that goes along with a new car. Any service that is needed is done efficiently and timely without any hassle.
