I have always been extremely satified with the treatment I recieve when I visit the dealership for my service needs. My most recent visit was a spur of the moment need to have my wipers replaced during a ra I recieve when I visit the dealership for my service needs. My most recent visit was a spur of the moment need to have my wipers replaced during a rain storm. Doug Bontrager was very accomodating in handling my repair. He replaced my wipers while I waited without an appointment. They were very busy but he made me feel like I was the only one there. This type of service is rare in this day and age and I want as many people as possible to know that I have always been treated this way whe I'm there. More

I purchased a BMW from this dealer and I have to say this is by far the best service and experience I could magine, and I have dealt with a lot of dealerships. They sent me some videos of the car that s this is by far the best service and experience I could magine, and I have dealt with a lot of dealerships. They sent me some videos of the car that showed the vehicle condition, features, and even a nice explaination on how to use the features of the car. All these were very helpful in making a decision on purchasing the vehicle. While I could have purchased a similiar vehicle for slightly less money at another dealer, the team of Mick and Hal at Tomkinson really went out of their way to provide "white glove" service. Thanks for taking this great experience. I want to share my appreciation regarding this experience and service to everyone, and highly recommend the team at Tomkinson BMW. Well at least they are friendly when they try to screw you. Over charge from 50-200% over BMW ETK prices. One of the jobs I got an estimate on they wanted to charge three hours labor. I brought to their attention that BMW lists the job at 5 FRU (flat rate units) and they said, "Yes, that's right - 5 hours. We are giving you a break." A break? Folks, an FRU is 10 minutes! 10MINUTES! Stear clear of these yahoos, cheats, crooks and swindlers. More
