Jon came highly recommended to me by a good friend and I must say, I had a wonderful experience turning in my lease / going into a new lease. My goal was to upgrade from the X3 to an X5 but initially, must say, I had a wonderful experience turning in my lease / going into a new lease. My goal was to upgrade from the X3 to an X5 but initially, there was no inventory left on the 2023 X5’s so I put my search on pause. Luckily for me, a deal fell thru on an X5 (exact color/interior that I wanted) and Jon gave me a call on Sunday to see if I was still interested. We handled all of the negotiations/ purchase process over the phone and by Monday I had the keys in my hand. Jon, thanks for making such a daunting process stress free and pleasant. See you in 3 years! More

BMW of Freeport is Really an awesome place. I had received excellent customer service upon my arrival there. I felt welcomed. My service advisor was David Silverglad. I explained to him all the I had received excellent customer service upon my arrival there. I felt welcomed. My service advisor was David Silverglad. I explained to him all the problems that I was having with my car. David informed me about problems, diagnosis, cost and time frame of repair needed. At first I was a bit pessimistic about the diagnosis which he gave me of my car. But I was amazingly surprised, I was wrong and they were right. I was exceptionally grateful that my car problems had been resolved. David was true to his word. Work was done in time that he said and cost was exactly what he quoted me. No surprises here. Good honest work. David was considerate about my needs, listened to all my problems, didn’t try to oversell, just did exactly what I needed done. He responded right away with answers to my questions. Thank you David Silverglad and the entire service staff (porters, shuttle drivers, technicians, cashiers, ect.) at Bmw of Freeport. Just good quality service all around. These guys are knowledgeable and professional. I’m very satisfied on the work done in my car. I will definitely come back. (Sorry Habberstad, your lost !) I highly recommend to anybody.
