Ivan jiang is a Slimy car salesman! !! We called ahead to make sure the car was in stock and we were advised it was so we made an appointment. We were greeted by Ivan who told us the car !! We were greeted by Ivan who told us the car was on loan and was not unavailable and the only way to see the car was to purchase it first. How xxxxx ridiculous is that!!! Who would purchase a car without test driving it and see in person. I wasn’t even allowed to make a deposit only pay in full. Stay away from this dealership and this salesman. More

GIANNIS made the whole purchase experience for my wife’s X3 seamless. We discussed all the options over the phone and he quickly found a car that suited our needs.
