She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer my endless questions. I’m extremely particular, and Nikee totally gets me. Her patience and understanding are truly commendable. She’s thorough, professional, and never once made me feel like I was being pushed into a decision. Nikee is very hands-on and stays involved throughout the entire process—from helping me weigh my options to going back and forth with me through many (many!) changes of mind. If you’re looking for someone to just "sell" you a car, Nikee might not be for you. But if you want someone who genuinely cares about your satisfaction and wants to make sure you’re getting exactly what’s right for you, she’s the one. She’s so much more than a salesperson—she’s a trusted guide in the process. If I could suggest one small improvement to the overall dealership experience, it would be the addition of refreshments—some pastries, light snacks, or beverages would be a nice touch.
