This coming Wednesday will mark the third time my vehicle has been in your shop for the same issue. The first visit lasted 10 days, and I was charged $1,900 to fix the problem, which unfortunately recurred shortly after. Then, two weeks later, the radiator broke and I had to pay an additional $2,800 for a new one. Now, the original issue has returned again. I initially gave your dealership a one-star review, then changed it to five stars when I believed the issue was resolved. However, given the persistent problems, I feel it is necessary to reinstate my original review until the issue is fully resolved. I hope you understand my frustration and take the necessary steps to fix this issue once and for all. More

Customer service was the best I have experienced in my 25+ years as a BMW owner. My advisor Ed W. took care of me step by step with speed and efficiency. I needed inspection . Tracey said ok. Service department will take care of it. Then I get video. Showing my tail light was broken . To repair $700.00 then I get another text saying sorry ur car will not pass u have tints . I felt disappointed. I went to dealer for help . I understand everything is money . What happened to kindness and I’ll get u inspected . It. Did not feel like any one gave a hoot about what I needed . A big staff of go see this person or some one else . The main reason people are afraid of car dealerships . The con artist vibe . How much money can I squeeze out of u. The car is. Wonderful the service . Does not match the level. I like that I can wait for my car to be worked on while I wait at their nice waiting area. TV Wi-Fi and coffee make the wait go by quickly.
