Excellent service department they went above and beyond for my M5 Competition. My service advisor is Kevin and let me tell you he takes everything very seriously and adds a personal touch. They have excellent communication where they will call and text you with updates and really try their best to keep you satisfied. Long story short I am a car fanatic and I had a special coating on my car‘s paint where the car cannot be washed in a regular car wash (Handwash only). Freeport service accidentally washed my car and even though I was upset and disappointed I requested that they correct the damage right away. After my detailer sent them an invoice they had no issue with covering the cost for full paint correction and resealing the cars paint! These guys are top notch and did the right thing. As a business owner for one of the largest IT businesses in Queens I must say it is hard to find businesses that are like the BMW of Freeport service facility.
