Dealership has to have more coordination between the information of data and the service agent. My information was mixed up with a vehicle that I currently have and a vehicle that I’ve had an end of lea information of data and the service agent. My information was mixed up with a vehicle that I currently have and a vehicle that I’ve had an end of lease with. Database was in accurate and needed to be updated, which caused me a concern so I had to go back to the dealership and confront the representative who sold me the vehicle. Making it a very uncomfortable experience for the service agent who was trying to explain things to me which he was in no position to do it was not totally his fault but an error with BMW North America itself. I understand it’s about numbers with BMW but I’ve been a customer for at least 15 years and BMW definitely has to put the customer service back into it. they have and will make a lot of money but it Has to be a customer element to it, pretending is not gonna cut it.Your car is a good you just need a more knowledgeable and up-to-date fleet of people working for you.
