Problem solvers I had a Tech issues with my 2019 X5. Tracey and her MINI Mechanic crew are the best, and I followed her here from a different dealership because the level of service she ensures is unmatchable. Tracey is so attentive, and is always working diligently to make my experience as expedient and comprehensive as possible. I can honestly say that when I leave Tracey I feel as though a close family member has just been looking out for me. My MINI and I are forever grateful for all that she does for us, and I will continue my relationship with Freeport MINI for the sheer reason that Tracey Geraci is at the MINI service helm(or bonnet). HORRIFIC SERVICE DEPT LUXURY VEHICLES SHOULD NEVER YIELD LOUSY SERVICE... There should never be a time when a service dept rushes a woman with a baby, stands by and watches LUXURY VEHICLES SHOULD NEVER YIELD LOUSY SERVICE... There should never be a time when a service dept rushes a woman with a baby, stands by and watches her struggle with a carseat, stroller and baby, and on top of that... does not offer to assist. DISGRACEFUL! DISGUSTING! How dare you BMW of Freeport rush me to return the keys to the loaner and direct me, my baby, the carseat, the stroller, and the baby bag outside in the freezing cold to load everything up, alone?! This blatant disregard for empathy and civility was allowed by other staff looking on, staff passerbys and a so called stand-in Manager who presented himself with an obvious "I could care less" attitude. Again I say... DISGUSTING and DISGRACEFUL!!!! Because you allowed such a place to represent you and behave this way... BMW USA, you should bow your heads in ultimate shame. More
Treated like a VIP Recent service stop and I was greeted by name wiith a smile too. A quick few questions and off I escorted to get my loaner. When I returned to pick up my car Tracey reviewed what was done and then off I went knowing I would be back . I live out on theisland closer to two other dealers but the treatment I recieved on my 2 Minis keeps me coming back. Thanks again. More
