AWESOME I want to start by saying, I do not just give 5 star ratings. This dealership really has earned my trust and my appreciation. I've had my vehicle serviced a few times by them and every time they have been patient and through and went beyond the call of duty. Example, I purchased my car by a third party company. I drove the car for two weekd and had to bring the car in for service because of the brakes. I was on vaction due to go out of state and I couldn't drive my car in this condition. I spoke to a Service Advisor named Kevin Cunningham. This man is ACE'S across the board. He spoke to them and the company agreed to fix the brakes and rotors without me have to through another 800.00 on them (this service was suppose to be covered under my warranty and this third party was about to have my warranty voided) laziness and greed are evil. Kevin was literally the light at the end of this tunnel. Thank you Mr. Cunningham. I will be coming back again. 7.3.17 I came in today for my rear parking lamp light to be checked. I also have to get a new battery for my key. I also, came to him for a quote for an exetended warranty on my BMW 328 XI DRIVE XI really don't trust going anywhere else. Thank you Kevin. More

Service Brought my car into this dealership with an issue. It was the third time in a year that I have brought it in for the same thing. I was billed for 6 ho Brought my car into this dealership with an issue. It was the third time in a year that I have brought it in for the same thing. I was billed for 6 hours of work and it took over a week for them to fix the problem. When they finished the service, there were wire clippings left all over the passenger seat and in the back of the car. It took 45 minutes for me to pick it up once service was complete. Overall a terrible experience from start to finish. More

No stress repairs I have a mini cooper that I purchased a map up date for and installed it my self. Some how I did not follow proper procedure and crashed the Navigati I have a mini cooper that I purchased a map up date for and installed it my self. Some how I did not follow proper procedure and crashed the Navigation . The service advisor Tracy Geraci took care of it with no problems or stress and returned the car the Nav working and updated for me . Could not ask for any better job. Highly recommend . More

Excellent service Last week I had some issues with my 2 yr old 7series BMW so I called them and was told to bring the car in and see Kevin. Not only Kevin took care of all the minor issues with the car, he had arranged a new 7 series loaner for me. They took the time to go thru the detailed check-up on my car and when my car was ready to pick up, he even asked if he could have someone drop it off to my house as he knew I work long hrs at work. The whole experience was way more then expected. I would recommend everyone to go see Kevin. More
