My Service Advisor, the technicians, and the Service Department support staff were very professional and efficient, in getting my X6 M50i quickly repaired and serviced. During the initial inspection of Department support staff were very professional and efficient, in getting my X6 M50i quickly repaired and serviced. During the initial inspection of my vehicle in preparation of the 4 wheel alignment, it was discovered that the bushings on the thrust arms bushings were leaking. My Service Advisor expeditiously confirmed that parts were available at the dealership, and that a loaner could be provided. The work was projected to take 4 - 5 hours, and the mechanics/technicians met that time frame, to include the original scheduled 4 wheel alignment, tire balancing and rotation, and the additional required transfer case servicing. My Service Advisor, kept me appraised throughout the entire repair and servicing process. More

As always, my Service Advisor, Jeremy Gold, was on top of his game. Late yesterday, he facilitated a quick scheduling for my appointment this morning.
