The staff at BMW of Houston North are an elite group of people!!! I'm always met with warm welcomes and smiling faces. I just recently had the pleasure of driving off in a 2026 CONVERTIBLE 4 series, thanks people!!! I'm always met with warm welcomes and smiling faces. I just recently had the pleasure of driving off in a 2026 CONVERTIBLE 4 series, thanks to one of the BEST client advisors I've worked with, Mr. Desmond Richmond. Throughout the process, Desmond was OUTSTANDING to work with! Very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle as well as the financing, which is top priority for me. Additionally, Mr. Geovanni Suarez, in the Finance Department was just as amazing! Daniel was kind enough to sit down and assist me with the basic operations of the car, including switching the "My BMW" account from my previous BMW to my NEW BMW. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was pleasant and very helpful. This made for a PERFECT experience. I want to extend my gratitude to everyone at BMW of Houston North. Great job!!! More
