My recent experience with BMW Houston North was nothing short of horrid. From the very start, my sales rep, Alex Gheith, was dismissive and condescending, and the situation only went downhill from there. short of horrid. After I mentioned I had received additional details on the retail value of the vehicle I was considering, Alex berated me and continuously spoke down to me, trying to lecture me about the differences between a 2025 CPO and a non-CPO car. Instead of providing clarity, he deliberately stalled and dragged out the process, making what should have been a straightforward test drive and discussion into a frustrating ordeal. When it came to trade-in and vehicle values, the outcome was the exact opposite of what I had been led to believe. His approach was not only misleading but also purposefully manipulative. To top it off, when it came time to talk about the actual price of the vehicle, Alex’s stance was essentially: “The price is what the price is, this is what we’re selling them at, and there’s no need to negotiate.” This was despite the fact that I had made it abundantly clear at the very beginning that if he was unwilling or unable to negotiate—even one dollar—I wanted to know upfront so I could take my business elsewhere. What makes this worse is that I walked into BMW Houston North fully prepared to make a deal that day. I had the title and extra keys for my trade-in in my pocket, with every intention of leaving the dealership in a new car. Instead, I left insulted, frustrated, and convinced that I will never purchase from BMW Houston North. The entire experience felt dismissive, disrespectful, and orchestrated to waste my time. Having previously purchased my brand-new BMW X7 from BMW of The Woodlands, I am now seriously reconsidering whether I will even return there in the future, given the relationship between the two stores. This was an absurdly poor experience, and I would strongly caution anyone against dealing with BMW Houston North—or with Alex Gheith in particular. More

Service on September 9, 2025: I just took my BMX X5 out the garage after being parked for over 11 months. When I started it, there was a backfire caution light that showed up along with reduce power. I know this can occur when a vehicle sits to long whiteout be driven. Know that my family was heading out on vacation on September 10, 2025, I immediately took my vehicle into BMW North Houston. I knew it would be a long shot to get my vehicle checked and serviced for the caution lights, but I took it in anyway with the understanding that it would not get serviced in a short period of time. Anyway, BMW knowing that I was heading out of town the next day was able to get my vehicle serviced for the issue with ease. BMW North Houston has always treated me fairly, and always comes through when I needed them. They are one of the best BMW location in Houston, TX. I strongly recommend you using them if you want your BMX running like new. Finally, I want to give a shout out to my service adviser, Mr. Jason Mendoza. Yes you heard it because he is back at BMW North Houston. Jason, think you for getting my vehicle in and serviced at the last minute.
