My salesman was Alex, who made things very easy for me. Matt in financing was super patient and answered all my questions. The general manager, Martin, took the time to speak with me and was very engaging. Thank you to all for a super pleasant car buying experience. More

DeAngela, my salesman was excellent, I was in and out in 2 hours and spend $125k. Great knowledge and no heavy sales tactics with a reasonable price for my trade. Matt the finance guy was fast efficient a 2 hours and spend $125k. Great knowledge and no heavy sales tactics with a reasonable price for my trade. Matt the finance guy was fast efficient and honest, and Natalie the technology wizard was incredible. All in all a great experience buying with my X7 M60i! My only complaint was I waited 22 minutes at the reception desk and not a single person even asked me if I needed help. I almost walked out but had an appointment so kept my temper and waited until I could find Deangelo. More
From start to finish, my experience has been absolutely abysmal and plagued by nothing but incompetence. I contacted BMW of North Houston about a 2008 BMW M5, which I eventually purchased from the sam abysmal and plagued by nothing but incompetence. I contacted BMW of North Houston about a 2008 BMW M5, which I eventually purchased from the same dealership. Michael Russo (who is clueless and knew absolutely nothing about the car he was selling) fielded my inquiry. He invited me to travel three hours from my home to visit the dealership to purchase the car (we had pre-negotiated the price). I took him up on that offer, scheduled an appointment, communicated with him about my departure and progress, and eventually arrived only to be made to wait nearly two hours to sign paperwork and deliver my cashier's check. I was paying cash. There's nothing to do. My appointment wasn't a surprise. This is and was AWFUL customer service. At the time of purchase, I committed to buying the vehicle because Michael assured me that the dealership's inspection process was thorough. The car had a flat tire, so it couldn’t be test driven, but I relied on this promise. The car had new rear tires, the dealership was putting a new front tire on the car to solve the flat tire, and I agreed to purchase a new, fourth tire. At the same time, I agreed to have pads and rotors installed at my cost. Once the brake work was complete and tires were installed, the car was shipped to my home. Upon arrival, I discovered that the front tires (which were new) were Continental, but the rear tires (which were new, but installed first), were Pirelli. After weeks of calls, this issue was remedied when the dealership sent me new tires. This time, the brand matched, but the tires were run flats (while the rears are not) and the dealership did not offer to pay for installation despite screwing up the procurement and installation process from the beginning. Additionally, after delivery, I found the rear-view mirror did not operate, the front bumper cover had a 1" by 8" section literally cut and removed, there was damage to the control arm, and the wheel bead doesn't hold air (likely the cause of the initial flat). Granted, I've only driven the car a few tires, but that's what I've discovered for now. To make matters worse, I paid for the car on 31st (with a cashier's check). Title wasn't ordered until the 14th of the following month. Last, when I called to resolve the issues, I was NEVER able to reach a manager. I left multiple messages. I NEVER received a call back. TLDR: Avoid the dealership. I experienced laughable incompetence and potential misrepresentation in the sales, service, inspection, finance, and title departments. More
