I am extremely disappointed with my experience at BMW North Houston, and based on my experience, I now understand why this dealership has such low ratings. I purchased a vehicle for approximately $80, North Houston, and based on my experience, I now understand why this dealership has such low ratings. I purchased a vehicle for approximately $80,000 and worked with a sales representative named Nicole (if I recall correctly). During the negotiation process, I was told the vehicle included appearance protection, as this package was already built into the pricing we reviewed and agreed upon. At no point was I informed that this protection would be removed from my contract. When I signed the paperwork, I was under the clear impression that I was purchasing this coverage. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I experienced a small dent and contacted the dealership to schedule a repair, only to be told that I did not have any coverage. This was very surprising. That is when I realized the protection package had been removed without my knowledge or consent. In addition, right after driving off the lot, I had to repair a damaged tire out of pocket. Again, this happened within the first month of owning the vehicle. These are the exact types of issues I believed would be covered based on what was presented to me during the sale. This is extremely deceptive and misleading. To make matters worse, within 30 days, a manager contacted me asking for a review. I explained the situation and was told it would be looked into and that they would follow up after speaking with Nicole. It has now been over 90 days, and no one has reached out to me. There is a reason this dealership has around a 2.9 rating on Yelp. Based on my experience, those reviews reflect exactly what I went through. I would also take Google reviews with caution, as I was personally contacted and asked to leave a review shortly after my purchase, which raises concerns about how those ratings are being influenced. I do like my vehicle, but the level of dishonesty and lack of transparency in this process is unacceptable. I am now paying out-of-pocket for damages that I believed were covered at the time of purchase. For a dealership selling luxury vehicles at this price point, I expected professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I would strongly advise others to carefully review every detail before signing and not rely on verbal assurances from this dealership. More
