This was our third vehicle purchase from BMW of Houston North. We called ahead and our sales advisor, Michael Russo, had the vehicle ready and waiting for us on arrival. The walk around, inspection, test drive, and overall purchase transaction went smoothly and was very straightforward. Michael was personable and went above and beyond to answer our questions and to ensure that even the minor details were addressed to our satisfaction. The dealership no longer processes purchaser buyer orders on weekends, which was a curveball that caused us to pivot when finalizing the purchase in order to take delivery of the vehicle and drive it home on the same day. More

After an oil change, there was an issue that was found with my vehicle. My service coordinator Victor did a great job setting me up with a loaner vehicle and ordering the parts and getting my vehicle fixe with my vehicle.
