Our experience was great until we discovered that there are no AC vents in third row of the vehicle. We reached out to the salesman who helped with the purchase of our vehicle as he seemed to be very driven from the start. Once we revealed to him the concerns we had about there being no AC vehicle Conversation sort of tapered off and now we don’t hear anything from him at all. This is a major purchase, and it kind of takes away from our experience. We have that problem in the back, especially during the summer months. My name is Faris Green. Our first experience with BMW of Houston North was wonderful. We found a car on their site, and contacted Kristjan Rosario. We live several hours away, and he went above and beyond to help get it che wonderful. We found a car on their site, and contacted Kristjan Rosario. We live several hours away, and he went above and beyond to help get it checked out and fixed up. When we arrived at the dealership, everything was as expected, and ready to go. We gave the car a once-over and a quick test drive before signing the papers and driving it home. Everyone involved with the process was friendly and professional and communicative.
