New Service Advisor lied to me about parts needed and then said no never mind not your car. After reading my paperwork that night it was my car needing back ordered parts. My Service Advisor called me a week later to apologize and said they had the parts but no loaner car. I opted to go to another Dealer who had my parts in stock. I have bought 5 BMW at BMW of Houston North and truly didn’t appreciate the Service I was getting!!!!!!!!!! More
