I had an appointment and was greeted when I arrived. I am over an hour away from the dealership and when the car was inspected they found some other work beside just the oil change. This dealership has been a nightmare to work with. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle that began having issues within the 5 day grace period. I was told the issue would be handled. I was passed around between sales manager and service manager both with differing stories of what was going on with the vehicle. After a week I finally have my vehicle back but there is no proof the check engine issue was actually rectified. Shawn M the sales manager is very stoic with no customer service skills and James the service manager came off as condescending often interrupting me mid sentence with empty promises of getting back at me. More
