I wasn't going to leave a review, but they're so tone deaf that they sent me an email ASKING me to do so (even after I made it clear to them that I was incredibly disappointed and would recommend to my f deaf that they sent me an email ASKING me to do so (even after I made it clear to them that I was incredibly disappointed and would recommend to my friends that they find a different BMW dealership). 1) They originally asked me to put down a non-refundable deposit within 25 minutes of first talking to them. I wasn't 100% sure yet so I declined, but then the next day when I was sure that I wanted the x7 they had on the lot (but didn't think, with in-laws coming to visit that day, that I'd be able to get in before the weekend), they wouldn't let me put down a non-refundable deposit to secure the car. They were clearly trying to create some false sense of urgency/competition, which I understand, but I offered to make a $20k non-refundable deposit, which they declined. I still don't understand why. So I had to spend four hours getting the car while my kids' grandparents were visiting. 2) When I got there, and was clearly captive, they downgraded the price they were willing to pay for my Audi Q7 trade-in because they said it needed new tires. They KNEW it had 35,000 miles on it, and that the tires would have been worn down commensurate with that usage. And when I asked the salesman if he had expected that I would put new tires on the car I was trading in, he said, "I don't know, you might have." It was so clearly disingenuous. 3) After I left in a hurry (and, clearly, in a bit of a huff) with my new x7, I asked them if they could have someone come by the house and walk my wife through all the features, because she'll be the primary driver of the car. (I would never have thought to ask that, but our Audi dealer had done it with our previous two cars, so I figured BMW would offer a similar service.) Instead, they sent me links to YouTube videos posted by dealerships in New Jersey, Louisiana and elsewhere. Now I have to watch these videos and try to give my wife the run-down myself, rather than being able to ask questions (and I still have questions, because the videos leave something to be desired). Apparently there's actually a phone number that you can call (the "BMW Genius" line) for questions about the features. No one at BMW of Houston North told me about it, I just found it when I was googling a question I had about the car. The car itself is super-cool, my kids love it, it looks like it has a boat-load of features (that I'll need to discover for myself). I'm pleased with the x7, just totally disappointed in BMW of Houston North. More
My service rep is Rader and he provides excellent customer service. I am pleased with repair. Once again, my car is running well. I had brought it in because of a strong diesel odor and smoke filling my garage after a trip to the store! The only disappointment is that it took so long before a diagnosis was made. I drove the car to the dealership on a Friday afternoon and 4 days later, I had a report. I understand that the service department is understaffed, but this is not up to BMW standards. My car is a 2014 diesel and my plan is to buy a new car at the end of the year. If I am to buy another BMW, I would like some reassurance that you are working on adding additional qualified staff to the service department. Mary Hilgendorf 216840428 More

Went in for an oil change and set up an appointment. service person was late. I asked if they could find them after waiting for 15 mins. Was told they were here. When I spoke to them, they noted theybwere late and apologized. So if other team members there will lie about the little things, what else would they lie about? Tried to use a discount coupon and was told this was the discount, and that the mailer was not valid. I think these folks are paid commission on the services they offer and get customers to bite as well as keep the highest prices they can DESPITE the company sending out coupons. Left not feeling good about it. More
