Ordering my new 2023 X5 M50 was really easy process thanks to Mr Randy B who is my salesperson he helped me every step of the way to configure this build and keep me updated of the build process but wh thanks to Mr Randy B who is my salesperson he helped me every step of the way to configure this build and keep me updated of the build process but when time comes to pick up my new car that’s when everything goes down due to my working at the moment I couldn’t be able to pickup my new car late evening so I guess no one wants to work late so when I went to pick it up there were no BMW genius or my salesperson but my salesperson had someone else there to help me out but she was so busy that while I am inspecting my new and I found that the was not properly detailed and turn out they did not detail the car still had glue from shipping packing all around the car so I tell her and had a person there with a rag and spray bottle as I am pointing it out he cleans them so I was not pleased with the service at the end of the deal I guess at the end of the deal they don’t care because they already been funded. I spend 100 plus at this dealership and get treated like this I was not pleased on my next purchase I have to think twice. More
