In the previous year I’ve had a multitude of issues with lack of mechanical expertise at this dealership. However, this most recent visit was a bit different. Even as I sat for over half a day waiting for the repairs to be completed since they no longer offer loaners. Kudos BMW North for putting the servant back into service. More
What can I say? It seem as tho after the purchasing of my vehicle. No one remember that I existed! From the salesman, to the lady that called a dozen of time in 1 day for me to get my insurance in to her. It took them longer then promises to deliver my vehicle, but what other choices do I have? I haven't gotten my plates & stickers, what FedEx did with it? I have no ideas because I'm not the dealership and they won't talk to me, while my paper plates EXPIRED last year. Should I be more upset than this? Indeed, but at the moment, I have much more important matter at hand. The only individual that seem to be of any assistance is Anthony . Even when he is out sick, he still reply when I text. Everyone else seem like they took some kinda permanent vacation. Thank you Anthony for your help anytime I call or text.
