Our first experience with BMW of Houston North was wonderful. We found a car on their site, and contacted Kristjan Rosario. If I am being real, and even in asking myself for a true evaluation of this visit, it was a good experience, but compared to what? Kevyn was mad cool, but nothing about the visit was extraordinary, except perhaps the way the manager actually came out and greeted me. And you know he's the manager, as the entire interaction with him and his demeanor, even the words he chose to speak, is what I would have expected from BMW and their people (again not that I did not get professional service, etc., but the interactions were drastically different from MGR and the people he manages.) And excuse me for saying this, but I just think that's the world we live in with so many of the younger generation entering the work force. They just do not know how to work and are ok with just the bare minimum (not a knock on my man Kevyn, I liked him a lot). But the experiences nowadays everywhere are very different than how us "older" generation folks are and try to provide. But enough about that, I was satisfied overall, will return, and don't have anything negative to say. More
