Lazy customer service. I asked to get the car vacuumed when they did the oil change and they guy (Jeremy) tells me if there isn’t a problem with the language barrier. I purchased a car from them and they made it very quick and easy. The fact that I lived in a different city and was able to do everything so quick was outstanding. Had to get a tire replaced do to a nail. 3 years ago, my family moved from Houston to San Antonio. We still drive back to Houston for both service and purchases specifically because this location is SO much better than any other dealership we have We still drive back to Houston for both service and purchases specifically because this location is SO much better than any other dealership we have tried. It is the most customer friendly and customer honest BMW dealership we know. They are fair and honest which is becoming harder and harder to find. Highly recommended. More

Recently, I had an issue with the repair of one of my wheel rims repair. Both my Service Advisor, Jeremy, and his manager were immediately engaged in rectifying this problem to both BMW's and my satisfa wheel rims repair.
