Our 2018 X3 needed a scheduled oil change, plus rotate, balance and alignment. Jason was my service advisor and he was helpful with great communication. The only downsides were the prices for service and the time required for a courtesy ride home, which included ~30 minute wait and then ~30 minutes drive as I was the second drop-off. More
