Had a great experience with Paula Stevenson my salesperson. Actually went in to help my niece on the purchase of a certified 2019 X3. the transaction went very smooth. I ordered a 2022 BMW X5 from the factory in South Carolina through BMW North. The order process was relatively easy and my new vehicle came in much sooner than I expected(3 weeks versus 6-8 weeks tha Carolina through BMW North. I love this dealership. It's always super clean and welcoming. Rader (the service agent) was on top of my needed maintenance. I had an early morning appointment and he was there waiting for me.
