First time ever having a BMW. I now drive the X5. Overall the service was good. However, I received two welcome emails letting me know I can call or email with any questions. I emailed twice and didn't get any response until I texted the sales rep days later. The person that was supposed to go over the vehicle technology with me had a voice mailbox that was full, so I couldn't leave a message to set up an appointment. I'm not entirely disappointed with the service, but it could have been better. More

Could not of asked for a better experience, this was my first BMW purchase and was impressed with the level of professionalism. My Sales person was Mr. Ed and he was very thorough in explaining every deta first BMW purchase and was impressed with the level of professionalism. My Sales person was Mr. Ed and he was very thorough in explaining every detail. I brought the car back the following day to have the windows professionally tinted by their shop and it was done in a very timely manner and without flaw. I love my car and the whole BMW experience.
