I was told that the car I was buying had run flat tires and as a result I allowed them to upswell me on tire insurance as run flats are very pricey. Within a month of owning th car I got a flat tire. I called my salesman to ask what I should do and he told me I could drive safely for 50 miles. Well, within 2 miles the tire was shredded and I had endangered not only my life, other drivers on the road but my children's lives. Needless to say I did not have run flats nor are they even available for the model year I bought. Not only would the dealership not relplace all four of my tires but they flatly refused to reimburse me for the useless insurance they up sold me to. Awful experience. The worst kind of car salesmen. I had an appointment for a scheduled "quick" maintenance check. About 1 hour. When I arrived the initial review indicated that I needed to have the rear brakes replaced. I had not scheduled f maintenance check. About 1 hour. When I arrived the initial review indicated that I needed to have the rear brakes replaced. I had not scheduled for a loaner, but the dealer promised they could complete the work in an hour. Not only did they do it in an hour, but they also had time to wash the car! Outstanding. When I brought in my 2009 BMW 5 series for service I was greated by Joanna who was extremely friedly and helpful. She offered me a vehicle to use (which I did not need) and explained to me in detail what wo greated by Joanna who was extremely friedly and helpful. She also stated that if they found anything else wrong with the car that she would call first and explain everything to me prior to fixing it. She also promised me that the car would be done by the end of the day which it was. She actually called me when the car was ready to be picked up. She even had the car washed for me. I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated during this visit. More

Recently I had the misfortune of having a rear wiper Recently I had the misfortune of having a rear wiper assembly torn off at a local car wash. They ordered the parts from Hudson Valley BMW and were going to install it for me. The car wash personnel and I felt that it was a much better idea for BMW to do the installation. I called the dealer and was quoted a very reasonable price and was asked to call a few minutes early to be sure a technician could assist me immediately. I did what was asked and was told to bring the vehicle right in. When I arrived, the service receptionist took my information, asked me to have a seat and help myself to a cup of coffee. The vehicle service was completed before the coffee was done. It was done quickly, professionally and to my convenience. Over all this was a wonderful experience with the Hudson Valley BMW service department. More
My experience with Hudson Valley BMW is excellent. When I schedule my vehicle for service I receive a loaner vehicle brought to me which is at least as nice as my vehicle, all the maintenance is done and then some, and my vehicle is returned when promised. I was then met by the service representative once again with a smile and asked to have seat. I was then asked how can BMW be of service. I explained that the service light came up on my car. I was then asked to explain what the message said. Joanne (service rep), wrote everyting down and ten repeated everything i described. I was then asked if i required a loaner car. I said yes and within a few minutes a car was waiting for me. I was then called a few hours later by Joanne to explain what my vehicle required. I was asked after if i understood everythnig and if I needed any further explaation. I was then told how long it would be for me car to be ready and they would call again once completed. My car was to be ready the next day and I was told that the loaner was mine until my car was ready. The next morning I recieved a call from Joanne and was told my car was ready. When I walked into BMW i was once again greeted with smiles and Joanne saw me and came up to me right away. I was asked if everything was OK with the loaner and I said yes. Joanne then went over in detail all the work that was done to my vehicle and if I had any questions. I was given my keys and was thanked for using BMW of the hudson valley. When I got to my car i noticed it had been washed (that was very nice). There was a thank slip in my car as well. The service light was off and the car ran perfect. This was truely the best experience I have ever had at a service center. Thank you BMY of the HUDSON VALLEY More
