I went there for the collision damage to be repaired. From the start, Randy Fowler was efficient, friendly, and determined to do the best work for me and my car. She rejected a used part (a passenger side door) that was itself damaged, instead ordering a new door from Mercedes. Randy kept me informed at all times, making certain the work was done exactly the right way. My car was returned to me in beautiful shape: everything repaired perfectly and the car cleaned and waxed to near-new condition. I am a very happy customer and would recommend her and BMW of the Hudson Valley to anyone. More

I recently brought my car in for auto body work. Not only was my car ready when promised but they actually touched up other scratches that had nothing to do with the accident. In addition they detailed the entire car, in and out, including the trunk! The car came back to me in showroom condition. The work was immaculate. Dennis, who manages the auto body department was always courteous and pleasant. He did all the communication with the insurance company so I didn't have to. And he set up a car rental for me. When I dropped my car off, the car rental place was there waiting for me. I left feeling well cared for, that I really mattered to them. They are such professionals. On every occasion Phil and his team of professionals treated me with respect a of those vehicles was routinely serviced by BMW of the Hudson Valley. On every occasion Phil and his team of professionals treated me with respect and concern for my service and transportation needs. When necessary a clean low mileage BMW loaner vehicle was provided and my BMW was returned with the service properly performed and cleaner than when I turned it in. If the the availability of BMW parts was anticipated to be an issue my appointment was appropriately scheduled or alternate transportation was provided to me. I brought my BMW X5 in for body repair and I was extremely satisfied with the personal service and the quality of work. I would recommend highly their quality of work and they finished it on the day that is was supposed to be done. I am been also impressed with the service department at the dealership, especially Nikki and Joanna. This was the first time that I used the auto repair department but I can see that the training at this dealership is top notch.
