Had an overall great service experience. Friendly and tentative staff. Nikki at the receptionist desk and Joanne, my service advisor were a pleasure to deal with. Had scheduled servicing done on my vehicle and was back on the road in an hour. The Starbucks coffee in the waiting area was a great perk also. More
Although I have not yet experienced the service component of this dealership, I can say without equivocation that my salesperson, Tim Tamsen provided the most direct, helpful, informative and honest car purc of this dealership, I can say without equivocation that my salesperson, Tim Tamsen provided the most direct, helpful, informative and honest car purchase experience I have ever had. I have been purchasing cars since 1968. Tim not only assisted us by guiding us to a fabulous Certified P.O. 328 iXdrive but literally handled all aspects of registration and spent hours with us explaining the operation of the vehicle with extraordinary patience. If the service is 50% as good as the sales experience it should be fine, More
This guy is supposed to be the "Sales Manager". He made me a offered me a price on a new car, then called me back to tell me he couldn't honor the price he quoted me. Instead, he wanted me to take a totall me a offered me a price on a new car, then called me back to tell me he couldn't honor the price he quoted me. Instead, he wanted me to take a totally different car for that price. Bait & switch. They do not negotiate in good faith! More

Then to top it off we had issues after leaving that then when we left the original issue was still there and they wanted another $1,000 to fix that! Then to top it off we had issues after leaving that didn't exist before visiting them! AND of course they could fix that for another $850!! TOTAL RIP OFF! More

I was charged for the diagnosis, which I did not mind, but received a lousy reason as to why there's a faulty audio signal - they basically tried to blame me, saying that the radio was dirty bla bla bla. I use the radio normally, on/off and listen to my ipod through the auxilary. Service cleaned the radio and it was working when I left the dealer, but was told "it might malfunction again" at which point I would need to buy a new radio. And surely, within a week, the audio failed again. Now I do not trust this dealer anymore, especially after reading your [rc1dmd] review; the radio diagnostic sounds like a developing pattern is misdiagnoses. More
I brought the car in to have a diagnosis done on the radio's reception among other items. They told me I needed a new radio. I bought one and put it in myself and the radio still had no AM reception. radio's reception among other items. They told me I needed a new radio. I bought one and put it in myself and the radio still had no AM reception. I went back for them to try and diagnose the real problem and was given multiple excuses all ending with them wanting more money. This dealership has been difficult to deal with on multiple occasions and anyone looking to buy a new or used BMW would be wise to go elsewhere! They wanted nearly $3000 to fix 3 or 4 items before the car could pass inspection. I had the work done somewhere else for $750. More
Truely the worst experience I have ever had in trying to buy a car. The out right say if you don't buy from them you are in the back of the line for service. There attitude was horrible there inventory horr buy a car. The out right say if you don't buy from them you are in the back of the line for service. Customer Service STINKS. This dealership STINKS. Service they perform STINKS. Repairs are poor, incomplete, and no one checks to see if all work is performed properly before returning car to you. Service they perform STINKS. Repairs are poor, incomplete, and no one checks to see if all work is performed properly before returning car to you. Further, they expect you to wait around half the day while they "repair" your car. And they won't let you have a loaner car unless your repairs take longer than half a day. Recommend dealing with another BMW dealership anywhere so you can experience the kind of BMW service that BMW owners deserve. This place is a waste of time for busy people, or for anyone for that matter. More
Misleading, infantile, unprofessional best describes this dealership. Long story short, I bought a used 740il that was according to BMWHV was "ready to go." They even supplied us with the official BMW servic dealership. Long story short, I bought a used 740il that was according to BMWHV was "ready to go." They even supplied us with the official BMW service records. We asked them to make sure they test drive the car before we come up to get it and to run it through the shop to make sure it truly was ready to make a 500 mile trip. They said sure, no problem. They told us all set, "ready to go." We set out for a 480 mile ride to pick up the car and after a 20 minute ride around the block the car starting squealing like a dog that had been hit by a car. Turns out the car needs a new PCV valve. Anyone who can hear could have taken the car out for a drive and found the problem in 20 minutes - no rocket science needed. BMW of the Hudson Valley said it would cost us $1,200 to have the repair made due to the location of the PCV valve and the delicate nature of the composite intake manifold. We refused to pay for something they should have caught before we drove up to pick up the car. BMWHV now refuses to return our deposit on a car they have now sold off. Do not trust these people. They have no regard for your time and effort nor do they accurately represent their products. More
I took my BMW X5 for repairs. When I took my vehicle in my fuel gaugewas working fine but when I went to pick up my vehicle it was not working properly. They damaged it while they were working on my car an my fuel gaugewas working fine but when I went to pick up my vehicle it was not working properly. They damaged it while they were working on my car and didn't have common courtesy to fix it. Instead they gave me a price on how much it would cost me to fix it. Why should I pay for a repair that they caused while working on my car? It was the worst experience I've had with a dealership meanwhile I'm paying more than any other dealership I've gone too. It goes to show you don't always get what you pay for. Here I am paying a lot and having the worse experience ever. They have no intergrity and I don't even know how they keep customers. They are nonprofessional, overpriced and have horrible service mechanics. My car will never go back there for repairs! More
