I spoke directly to the manager that called me just a few hours after I posted my review and he attempted to justify the 12 hours of labor by saying that “well we are not just quoting the water pump, we are also quoting the carrier”… and as anyone who has installed a water pump before would know that the installation of the carrier only takes about 10 more minutes of time.. not an additional 8 hours.. but he was persistent that my quote was correct..like I’ve mentioned before…STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES AS POSSIBLE…because that’s what they are THIEVES!!
